I was a property owner with this company. It was far and away THE worst company ever. I had a 100% eviction rate due to tenants not paying. 9 total. That takes some serious skill to be this bad. I lost at least 100K using this company. Stay far, far away. Throw a dart at a phone book to find your property manager. You have a 100% chance of doing better than these guys....
